Botox Breakdown

  • Botox is used to treat and prevent wrinkles, fine lines, and deep facial furrows. By working beneath the surface, Botox helps reduce the underlying muscle activity that causes the skin to appear wrinkled or folded.

  • Just like Botox, they’re injectable neuromodulators that work by blocking neurological signals to the muscles. Which helps treat wrinkles and deep fine lines.

  • Full results will be seen in 2 weeks.

  • Results are not permanent. Effects usually last 3-4 months.

  • Botox can also treat migraines, excessive sweating, and also TMJ.

  • Botox and fillers are used to address signs of aging, but they work in different ways. Botox is typically used to treat dynamic wrinkles, while fillers address static wrinkles and volume loss. Botox is a neurotoxin that temporarily paralyzes the muscles responsible for causing wrinkles, while fillers are injectable substances that add volume to areas that have lost volume due to aging.

  • A good age to start preventative Botox treatment are those in their Mid 20’s-Early 30’s, as wrinkles can start developing in your 20’s.

Filler Breakdown

  • The use of fillers can eliminate wrinkles, plump and hydrate lips, replace soft-tissue volume loss, raise scar depressions, and volumize creases and folds of the face. As we age, our skin becomes more susceptible to wrinkles and fine lines, especially due to sun damage and muscle movement. Facial fillers provide a solution to such damage through facial injections.

  • Results are visible immediately after treatment. The healing process then begins which involves swelling for about 3-7 days depending on the amount injected, area injected, and how your body reacts to the procedure. The product then settles, and you’ll enjoy your final results about 2-4 weeks after injections. Please give yourself a minimum of 2 weeks before any events or vacations in case of residual bruising and swelling.

  • Longevity differs from person to person and from treatment to treatment. Because the product is being injected into the body, some people may metabolize the product faster than others. See below for average longevity based on treatment:
